I took my 2002 Dodge truck to them to have it looked at. They were very helpful with understanding about what happened and what needed to be done. I did not get any runaround or up-sell on anything. Top notch operation with excellent service. Everyone seems to be staying busy at the shop making an inquiry or an appointment by texting their request mailbox the best way to initiate and secure a service time. Return response was less than 15 minutes, the service was timely, well executed and they are dog friendly! With a park and trails next door, Round Table pizza across the street, what more could you ask for?

I stumbled across Jones in an unfortunate mechanical breakdown simply because of the proximity to my house - now I take my car there every time. They are prompt, fair and reliable.
