They replaced my radiator on my 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X which it needed and I'm grateful they got my truck fixed as quickly as they did. That being said, they left a rag under the hood near the fan, they did not put the cap for the coolant reservoir back on which I found out only after driving 150 miles to Eastern Washington. Brad is an awesome guy to work with as are the shop guys. But small things like I mentioned can become problematic not just for the clients but the business as well
